Shifts: Evenings 3:00 - 9:00 M - F and 1 weekend shift
Responsibilities:
- Retention of customers by providing program details
- Data entry using internal database and Excel Spreadsheets
- Carry out customer follow up
- Maintain call quality by providing customers with accurate information in a timely and professional manner
- Adhere to departmental procedures and protocol
- Attend weekly interdepartmental meetings
- Be a positive influence on team members and help build team morale
- Cross sell on different programs
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and possess a positive attitude
- Be proficient with MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Have strong interpersonal skills
- Be detail-oriented and possess a great work ethic
- Have excellent communication and multi-tasking skills

Position Duties
- Verification of Michigan, New York and BC applications (inbound and outbound)
- Reaffirmation and Verification of Ontario applications (inbound and outbound)
- Inside sales for ALL markets (inbound and outbound)
- Cross sales on different programs for Ontario market
- Data entry of Ontario applications from Sales Agents when Black Berry is down
- Customer Correspondence via Mail, Email or Fax
- Manage SFR accounts for all markets
RESIDENTIAL & SMALL COMMERCIAL
Required Skills
- Proficient with MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Self-motivated and possess a positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and possess a great work ethic
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced work environment
- Strong telephone selling skills
- Flexible to work various shifts
- Ability to work in a team environment and at times with minimal or no supervision
Experience/Qualifications
- Bilingual - SPANISH
- Call Centre experience
- Must be fluent in English
- Fluency in more than one language would be an asset
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in sales

Position Duties
- Contact customers on a daily basis.
- Validate and update customer accounts.
- Retain and Re-enroll customers.
